And you think about, or understand more, the pressures involved. I've gotten kinda shy at this sort of stuff, when I think of how that hose whipped around at 100# pressure. That hose whipped around like a very angry snake, it didn't catch me but man I woulda got a whipping if it had slapped my way. The end wasn't crimped properly from the factory, and the handheld end pushed out while I was holding it. The whole bottom was weak, more pinholes showed up in a few months. If you do weld on it, treat it like you would a fuel tank. ![]() Compressors leak a small amount of oil that ends up in the tank.
